We invest billions annually on reviewing and refreshing our corporate values. Like any placebo might that investment be better spent by focusing on behaviours, connections, emotions and better leaders.
While we know the benefits of tolerance and diversity, those efforts have sadly lost momentum. At the same time, most organizations often fail to look at the behaviours they tolerate. We need to do better. We need to do both.
